Dr. Alexander Golger
B.Ed., MD, FRCS(C)
Dr. Golger is a gifted plastic surgeon serving patients in the Durham Region and GTA. Fully certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada — an honour bestowed only on doctors who have completed the organization’s stringent education and examination requirements — Dr. Golger has completed many years of advanced training at prestigious universities and hospitals.
As a highly recognized plastic surgeon, Dr. Golger is dedicated to providing the highest level of care for all treatments and procedures. In order to achieve the best possible results, he combines state-of-the-art technologies with personalized, compassionate patient care. Dr. Golger personally conducts all pre-treatment consultations, getting to know his patients and exploring their aesthetic desires. He strives to achieve an atmosphere of trust and relaxation in which his patients feel free to openly discuss their aesthetic vision. Dr. Golger uses this information to create individualized treatment plans that precisely address patients’ aesthetic trouble zones while emphasizing their natural beauty.
Dr. Golger stresses that patient care does not end when the patient leaves the operating room or his plastic surgery clinics in both Whitby and Toronto. He and his team continue to closely monitor their patients throughout the recovery process, including weekly follow-up appointments.
Michelle Aceto
Michelle is a highly accomplished professional specializing in the field of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced skin and facial treatments,
With a career spanning since 2004, Michelle embarked on her journey in the Medical Aesthetics industry upon achieving her CIDESCO Diploma from the esteemed Lam School of Advanced Esthetics. The CIDESCO Diploma, renowned worldwide for setting international standards since 1957, marks her commitment to excellence in Aesthetics and Beauty Therapy.
Her career trajectory led her to an impactful tenure at a prominent Durham Region Medical Spa. In 2011, Michelle further fortified her credentials by obtaining a nursing diploma from Durham College. Since 2013, she has been an integral part of Dr. Golger’s team, serving patients at both his Oshawa and Toronto locations.
Beyond her impressive nursing and medical aesthetic qualifications, Michelle’s compassionate demeanour and client-centric approach set her apart. Her unwavering dedication to delivering outstanding aesthetic results is complemented by her ability to create a warm and reassuring atmosphere for her clients. Michelle’s genuine passion for elevating aesthetic beauty ensures that clients feel fully informed and comfortable throughout their journey. Pauline Althoff
When it comes to medical esthetics, Pauline loves to give her clients natural-looking improvements without looking overdone.
As a well-rounded injector with over 18 years of experience in injecting, aesthetic experience, and education, Pauline has received advanced training from Allergan, Canderm, and other major pharmaceutical companies. She is proficient with Botox, hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvéderm and Revanesse; other synthetic dermal fillers including Radiesse and Sculptra; and collagen fillers, such as Evolence.
In addition, Pauline is trained to use many types of lasers and light therapies to help clients achieve specific desired results. She is also skilled in using Sclerotherapy, electrodessication and ablative laser.
Pauline completed a three-year program at Durham College and passed provincial licensing to become a Registered Nurse. She continued to pursue additional courses and became certified in Coronary and Critical Care.
On a personal note, Pauline loves animals and nature and is passionate about her fur babies. In her leisure, she enjoys a good hike, a captivating movie or book, and a glass of fine wine.
